Initial Consultation and Estimate

We can’t wait to meet you and learn about your project.  To start our process, we will send you a design planner and schedule a complimentary in-home consultation.  Our goal is to learn about you, your space, and your vision for the space so we can create a conceptual design and an estimate for your project.  This estimate will be presented at a second meeting at the Brooksberry showroom.  To refine the design and create a firm proposal a letter of agreement and fee is required to move to the Design step in the process.

Design

Let your imagination run wild and tell us your dreams and desires for your new space.  During the Design phase, a Brooksberry designer will work with you to design your room layout and to choose the exact materials and finishes that will be used.  Your designer will make sure that your new space is designed in a way that maximizes functionality and efficiency based on your lifestyle and how you want to live.  They will also help you select unique and inspiring materials and fixtures that fit your style and tastes.  All this will be done within the budget presented in the estimate.  This phase will consist of 2 or 3 meetings to review and approve the layout and selections.  It will also include a meeting with the contractors to review what will be needed to implement the design.

Planning and Ordering

Great results start with great planning.  Using our expertise and industry relationships, we will make sure your project gets executed in a timely manner and on budget.  Brooksberry staff will file for permits, create the project schedule, coordinate with the necessary trades, create and submit purchase orders, take delivery of materials, and schedule delivery of materials to the jobsite.

Execution

Time to make your dreams come true.  Brooksberry will screen and select skilled and trusted craftsmen that will prepare your space for construction, make any necessary structural changes, make the space ready for installation, and install all the selected materials and fixtures.  All this will be done in a way that minimizes the disruption to your day-to-day life.  You can also be assured that your designer will make frequent jobsite visits to ensure the design is being implemented as intended and to address any issues that arise.  We won’t be satisfied until every last item on the final checklist is addressed to your satisfaction.
