If you are building a new home, our comprehensive design program includes appliances and countertops, as well as our cabinetry installed. In addition, most of our clients have found it beneficial to have our staff assist in coordinating many of the finish details including flooring, fixtures, lighting, and tile with your interior designer or architect. Typically, our role for new construction projects includes any of the rooms that will receive built-ins by brooksBerry. These areas usually include the kitchen, butler's pantry, wet bar, bathrooms, home office, library, message center, laundry, wardrobe, entertainment center, outdoor kitchen, and other custom built-ins. Depending on the size and complexity of your project, we recommend that you allow a minimum of ten weeks in your design development schedule to fully develop these design concepts into working plans, and 8-10 weeks or more for cabinetry and other materials to be delivered. |
This new home design was inspired by the work of turn of the 20th century English architect, Sir Edward Lutyens, with Rutt cabinetry in khaki and quarter-sawn oak island. |
